Returns Policy
Scribz takes your satisfaction as top priority. Every effort is made to ensure that every print meets your expectations, but it is understood that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about the returns process:
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Prints must be in their original condition—undamaged, unmarked, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalised prints are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How To Start A return
- Contact Scribz: Send an email to scrib.maze2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for Confirmation: I will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your returned item is received, the process of your refund or exchange will be initiated.
- Refunds: You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, the replacement will be shipped as soon as possible after the return is approved.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact Scribz immediately at scrib.maze2023@gmail.com with photos of the issue
- A replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued at no cost to you.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to Scribz error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Scribz is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping service.
